These terms apply when you use the Jeya Hyper Store app or website and when you place an order with Jeya Hyper Store, 3/75F, Vayalur Main Road, Somarasampettai, Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu 620102.
Your account
You sign in with your mobile number and a one-time password. Keep your phone secure; orders placed from your account are treated as yours.
Products and prices
Prices, offers and stock are shown in the app and may change. The price you pay is the one shown at checkout. Loose items (for example vegetables or grains sold by weight) are packed as close to the ordered weight as possible; you are charged for what is packed, and any difference is refunded automatically after delivery.
Orders
An order is accepted when it is confirmed in the app. We may cancel an order, or part of it, if an item is out of stock, the address is outside our delivery area, or the order appears fraudulent; any amount you paid for cancelled items is refunded in full.
Payment
Pay online (UPI, cards, net-banking and wallets, processed securely by Razorpay) or cash on delivery, where offered. Delivery charges and any minimum order value are shown in the cart and at checkout before you pay.

Acceptable use
Please don’t misuse the service — for example by placing fake orders, abusing offers or attempting to access other people’s accounts. We may suspend accounts that do.
Liability
We take care to describe products accurately. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction. Please contact us first — most issues are sorted out quickly.
