Delete your Jeya Hyper Store account
In the app: open the Jeya Hyper Store app → Profile → Delete my account → confirm. Your account is deleted straight away. (If you have an order that is still being delivered, you can delete your account once it has been delivered or cancelled.)
Without the app: email [email protected] from any address with the subject “Delete my account” and the mobile number you signed up with. We will confirm by calling or messaging that number, then delete the account within 7 days.
Your name, email, saved addresses and cart, and every signed-in session.
What we keepRecords of orders you placed — items, amounts, the delivery address and phone number used — for up to 8 years, because Indian tax (GST) laws require us to keep them. Backups that may contain your data are deleted within 100 days.
You can sign up again with the same mobile number at any time; it starts a fresh account.
